Build Design
Whether working on renovating one room or an entire home, we can start by helping to conceptualize your goals through layout, building materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, paint and more.
Begin by submitting our contact form and telling us about your project and goals; we’ll send along more details and set up a time to chat.
Next, we’ll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation ($500 deposit applies) where we’ll meet to understand and determine design goals and project details. We will then prepare your custom design agreement defining project investment and scope. Once presented and accepted, we begin the design process!
During the design phase, we’ll maintain communication while getting to work creating your design. We work to align with your vision and propose a design that coincides with project investment, timeline, and product delivery. At your design presentation, you’ll be able to visualize your entire project, reviewing design boards and material samples.
Once approved, we enter the Implementation phase of your project—ordering, receiving, delivery, installation and styling. This phase includes site visits and communication with you, the contractor and our trades to ensure your design is being implemented exactly as presented, problem solving when needed, and executing the design of your project from beginning to end. Our goal is to not only deliver a beautiful design but to create a design experience that our clients enjoy.
Furnishing Design
We offer furnishing design for individual rooms, entire properties and everything in between.

Next, we’ll schedule a 1-hour, in-person design consultation ($500 deposit applies) where we’ll meet at the property and create a plan for how we can incorporate aesthetic with your design needs. Once presented and accepted, we begin the design process!
During the design phase, we’ll maintain communication while getting to work creating your design boards. At your design presentation, you’ll be able to visualize your entire project, reviewing design boards and material samples.
Once approved, we enter the Implementation phase of your design project—ordering, installation, and styling.
When all furnishings have been received, we’ll schedule your installation and styling date! K&E Decor will deliver, install, and style completing and revealing your beautiful new space. During this phase we hire an outside vendor to help with the technical stuff such as hanging art, installing lights, assembling furniture, etc.
Styling
Our styling team sources from many different avenues as well as exclusive trade vendors. On your installation day, we’ll arrive and style with everything needed to bring the space to life!
If you have your furniture but need all the finishing touches to complete your space, styling is the option you’re looking for. Like our other design services, styling is also available for individual rooms or entire properties.
