BUILD DESIGN
Building or renovating a property? We help conceptualize, design, space plan, select finishes & implement ideas from beginning to end.
Build Design
We pride ourselves on delivering full-service design to our clients, whether you’re building, remodeling or furnishing your space. Our team of designers will conceptualize your space down to every last detail, working within your scope, timeline, and project investment to create a design you love.
We align with your build team and trades to ensure the details of your design are communicated as approved. Throughout Implementation, Kay & Elle Decor will problem solve as needed and champion your project from beginning to end. At Kay & Elle Decor, our goal is to not only deliver a beautiful design, but also to create an experience that our clients are excited to be a part of.
Start the process by inquiring below and setting up a Discovery Call to help us get a better idea of your project goals, timeline and investment. If your project is a good fit, we’ll recommend a 1 hour, in-person Discovery Meeting with our team ($500 deposit applies)
Our team will help prioritize your design goals and lend understanding about what can be done within all project boundaries.
Furnishing Design
Available on its own or in tandem with build design, furnishing design involves everything that goes into your property once the build process has finished (build does not need to be complete to begin this process). We offer furnishing design for individual rooms, entire properties and everything in between.
What is it going to take to accomplish your design goals? Our team will gather the information needed during the Discovery Meeting to provide you with a realistic estimate of project investment. The Design Agreement and project estimates include all project design fees, project scope, preferences, and estimate ranges for product based on current market pricing.
Styling
If you have your furniture but need all the finishing touches to complete your space, styling is the option you're looking for. Like our other design services, styling is also available for individual rooms or entire properties.
Begin by submitting our contact form and telling us about your project and goals; we’ll send along more details and set up a time to chat for your Discovery Call.
Next, we’ll schedule a 1-hour, in-person Discovery Meeting where we’ll meet to curate a project scope specific to your design needs and in line with the aesthetic. Our team will use this time to explore your design preferences and answer any questions you might have. We’ll offer our suggestions and initial ideas for each space to help create a vision for how we can serve your project.
